Vinings Eye Care - Contact lens

Vinings Eye Care

Contact Lenses:

With the technology continually changing, there are now many different types of contact lenses for our patients to choose from. Here is a list of some of the types of lenses we fit at Vinings Eye Care:

Toric Contact Lenses: These lenses are for patients with astigmatism, which is an irregularity in the corneal surface.

Multifocal Lenses: For those patients that now need correction for both distance and near

Rigid Gas Permeable Lenses: Best for patients who have prescriptions where soft contact lenses are not the best option

Keratoconus Lenses: A specialty lens that allows people with a thinner cornea to wear contacts

Please ask the doctors about contacts and whether they are an option for you. The doctors will be more than happy to discuss this with you.

Whether you are a new patient to contacts or a previous wearer, you can be assured that you will be educated on the most updated products available to fit your ocular needs. Please do not hesitate to ask us about new products to see whether they are right for you.Our doctors are trained to fit all types of contact lenses. They are continually learning and applying all the new contact lens technologies into their practice such as astigmatism lenses, multifocal lenses, and rigid gas permeable lenses. Dr. Choi also specializes in fitting keratoconus patients and receives referrals from other doctors in the area for those specialty lenses.
